Meeting Professionals International (MPI)
Lexi Roberts, CED, is Manager of Education Experiences at Meeting Professionals International (MPI), where she creates educational programs, professional development initiatives and learning experiences for meeting and event professionals worldwide.
Lexi’s work focuses on developing certificate programs, supporting industry credentials, coordinating virtual and in-person educational events and creating content that advances workforce development across the meetings industry. She also plays a key role in planning and delivering major industry events, including the World Education Congress (WEC), Global Meetings Industry Day (GMID) and MPI Virtual Summits.
Lexi collaborates with industry partners, educators and subject matter experts to design learning experiences that help professionals build their skills and advance their careers. She lives in Dallas, Texas, and is actively involved in initiatives that support education, leadership development and the future of the meetings and events profession.
