Maria Redin is Co-founder and Partner at The Experientialists, a firm providing principal investment and strategic advice to location-based experiential businesses and the real estate developers that host them. Its portfolio includes narrative-led attractions and multi-property real estate projects across Las Vegas, New York, Los Angeles and other major US markets.
Maria currently leads the US expansion of Lux Entertainment, producer of the Balloon Museum. Its touring exhibition has welcomed more than seven million people across 14 cities. With a background in strategy, operations and finance, Maria focuses on helping immersive businesses grow successfully and sustainably.
Maria previously served as COO at Non Plus Ultra and Chief of Staff at Two Bit Circus, where she developed the operational infrastructure for its first micro-amusement park in Los Angeles. She has also held leadership roles at GOODcorps, IDEO and Mattel and conducted research at the MIT Media Lab.
Maria holds an MBA from Wharton and MS and BA degrees from MIT.
