Diandra Ford-Wing is a keynote speaker, executive advisor and founder of Diandra Speaks, where she helps organizations build resilient, human-centered leaders and workplace cultures. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in technology sales, customer success and executive leadership, she equips leaders with practical strategies for navigating change, leading through adversity and creating high-performing teams.
Before launching her speaking business, Diandra held senior leadership roles with technology companies including 8am (FKA AffiniPay), Conversion Logix, GTS Technology Solutions, and Rectitude 369, leading sales, customer success and business growth initiatives. Her work bridges operational excellence with emotional intelligence, with a focus on grief-informed leadership, communication and sustainable performance.
Diandra is the author of Red Bird and has been featured on KXAN-TV and as a guest on podcasts discussing leadership, resilience and mental well-being. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Advertising.
Outside her professional work, Diandra enjoys writing, mentoring emerging leaders and advocating for more compassionate, inclusive workplaces.
