Rock Career Development
Julia C. Rock is Founder and CEO of Rock Career Development, a consulting firm specializing in leadership development, executive coaching and culture change. She is the creator of the Uncomplicated Leadership™ framework.
Before founding her firm, Julia spent more than a decade in senior and executive finance leadership roles in the energy sector, with experience across operations in the US and South America.
She holds an MBA from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a BBA from Temple University's Fox School of Business. She is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), a Certified Organization Development Coach (CODC) and a Certified Everything DiSC Practitioner through Wiley.
