Eli Walker is a speaker, solo performance artist and belonging designer who specializes in strengthening community and workplace culture through the power of play in live experiences.
Featured in Forbes, the Los Angeles Times, the New York Post, Glamour, ELLE, People and CBS, Eli holds a BFA in Theater from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. She is the founder and author of the viral brand Drunk Yoga®, now The Uplift Center, a belonging design studio. Through her yoga drinking games, Eli helped pioneer a social wellness movement designed to bridge the gap between self-care and community care. Since 2017, she has used immersive storytelling and mindfulness practices to help organizations worldwide build social wellness and engagement strategies. Her clients and collaborators range from NGO-supported rural communities in Africa to Barclays, eBay, Intel, Google, Pinterest, Porsche and Mastercard.
When Eli isn’t delivering talks or experiences focused on belonging, she writes and performs one-woman shows, hikes, studies astrology and hosts storytelling open mics for her community in the Hudson Valley.
