Founder and leader of Amplifying Effect, Tracey Hirsch is an accomplished writer and business communication expert with decades of experience leading, advising and teaching the business of communication in organizations across multiple industries including financial services, telecommunications and energy.

As Head of Internal Communication for HSBC Canada for more than a decade, Tracey trained high-performance communicators, advised C-suite executives and led strategic communications through complex corporate events including acquisitions, reorganizations, industry crises, culture change and process improvement.

Her passion for communication and love of teaching led Tracey to launch her business to share her knowledge and help professionals communicate more clearly, confidently and successfully at work.
