Before launching her speaking business, Monica spent more than 30 years at Dairy Farmers of America, a $24 billion global food and beverage company, where she held executive roles spanning strategy, innovation and organizational change. She later served as CEO of the American Cider Association, guiding the national trade group through a period of transformation and change.
