Angela Gargano Keynotes
Angela Gargano is a keynote speaker, author and founder of Pull-Up Revolution, a global fitness program that has helped thousands of women build strength and achieve their first pull-up.
A six-time American Ninja Warrior, Angela draws on her experience of high-pressure environments, setbacks and reinvention to help individuals and organizations take action through uncertainty. Her work centers on courage, resilience and navigating the “hallway in between,” the period between where you were and what comes next.
Angela is a TEDx speaker, former biochemist, Miss Fitness America 2016 and three-time fitness magazine cover athlete. Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Women’s Health and other national media.
She holds a degree in biochemistry and is a certified fitness professional. Outside work, Angela lives in Austin, Texas, where she enjoys strength training, exploring the city and spending time with her Mini Bernedoodle, Pepper.
