Rachel Benedick is Chief Revenue Officer at Meeting Professionals International (MPI), a global association dedicated to education in the meeting and event industry. She oversees the Academy, Sales and Client Success, Hosted Buyer, MPI Consulting, Events and the MPI Foundation, supporting MPI’s mission.

Before joining MPI, Rachel was Visit Denver's Executive Vice President, Sales & Services. She joined Visit Denver in 1998, became Vice President in 2008 and was appointed Executive Vice President in January 2020. In this role, she managed the convention department and its 34 team members.

Rachel holds an MA in Counseling Psychology & Counselor Education from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in Psychology from Michigan State University.

Outside work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her Weimaraner, Rezak, and her fiancé, Richard. She also enjoys staying active, seeing friends and family and a glass of red wine.
