Event Lead | Assistant Professor
Nifty Method | Temple University
Lindsay Martin-Bilbrey, CMP, is an eventprof producer with a relentless love of creating and executing experiences that move people—and move the business forward. She is on faculty as an Assistant Professor at Temple University, teaching live events and entertainment, and brings more than 20 years in hospitality, marketing, and live events to a career that bridges the creative and the operational, the back of house and the boardroom. She has also served as a Sous Chef & Chef de Cuisine at fine dining restaurants within Hyatt, and as Executive Chef and owner of a multi-concept hospitality group that included two restaurant and bar concepts, a music venue, floral retail shops, an events agency, and an agritourism venture.
Her research explores the measurable value of live events from the point of view of the attendee, the event organizer, and the executive. An accomplished speaker (though she'll tell you she prefers the back of house), Lindsay has been recognized by Smart Women in Meetings and BizBash 40 Under 40, and her work has been featured in The New York Times, IMEX, Harvard Business Review, EdWeek, and the Association Research Lab.
