With more than 20 years of experience, Sherron is the founder and CEO of The P3 Solution. She has guided leaders and teams at every level to strengthen their presence, develop their brand and expand their influence.
Sherron designs and delivers interactive training programs, workshops and keynotes that help professionals sharpen communication, strengthen collaboration and lead with confidence. Her work supports multimillion-dollar corporations, nonprofits, universities and associations in creating inclusive environments and forward-thinking strategies.
Alongside her consulting and speaking work, Sherron is a professor who develops courses integrating emerging technology, ethical communication and leadership innovation. She is also the author of three books, including Market Simple: The Blueprint to a One-Page Marketing Plan.
