Ryan Hill is a professional whose career combines military service, leadership and entrepreneurship. With more than 14 years of military service, he has developed expertise in complex problem-solving and cross-cultural communication, particularly in high-stakes environments. His military background has shaped his approach to strategy and team leadership and continues to inform his work in the private sector.
Ryan holds an MSc in Creativity and Change Leadership from Buffalo State, building on an academic foundation in Change Leadership. Combined with his practical experience, this has given him a strong understanding of how to connect theory with real-world application.
