Lou Pizante works in the world of location-based entertainment, balancing legal strategy, financial discipline and creative ambition. His focus is helping organizations grow while managing risk and supporting innovation.
Lou is co-founder and partner of The Experientialists, a strategy and investment firm investing in scale-stage experiential companies and partnering with real estate investors to transform underused retail space into entertainment destinations. He is also a strategic advisor to Lux Entertainment, creator of Balloon Museum, This Is Wonderland and Color Hotel, and works as fractional General Counsel and Corporate Development Lead for RPM Raceway.
Previously, Lou held leadership roles with Two Bit Circus, Voice for Nature, GOOD Magazine and fintech platform Mavent, which was acquired by ICE. Earlier in his career, he worked with Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, Greenwich Capital and Nomura.
Lou serves on the World Experience Organization Council, is a Blooloop 50 Immersive Influencer and a 2025 XP Land X-List honoree. He also contributes to Blooloop and writes The Experientialist on LinkedIn.
