Smart Event Studio
Jen Santos has more than 30 years of experience working in complex systems, first in IT consulting and then in enterprise-scale event technology. She brings that systems perspective to the stage, examining the structural patterns behind recurring event outcomes and what organizations can do to change them.
Her work is grounded in behavioral science and systems thinking. She uses this combination to explain not only what goes wrong in event delivery, but why capable teams keep producing the same results. Jen completed ICF PCC-level coaching training through the NeuroLeadership Institute and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
Jen has spoken at RainFocus INSIGHT and appeared on Engaging Virtual Meetings, The Sunday Lunch Project Manager Podcast, Eventist365, Bizzabo’s Event Experience, Beyond the BEO and MemberFix Radio. She hosts Mayhem & Method, a podcast about the people, politics and platforms behind modern events.
In 2025, Jen was named one of the 50 Most Influential People in Events. She has lived in Salvador, Brazil, for more than a decade and works with clients around the world.
