CEO and Co-Founder
ExpoPlatform LTD
Tanya Pinchuk believes events are more than gatherings: they create meaningful connections and positive change.
With more than 20 years' experience in the events industry, Tanya has launched startups and founded ExpoPlatform. The company now has a global team of 115 people serving organizers in more than 30 countries.
Tanya champions a meeting-first approach, using AI to connect the right people before an event opens so attendees arrive with a plan and exhibitors leave with measurable outcomes. She is also co-author of the AI Agents Manifesto for Events.
Outside work, Tanya enjoys cycling around Cambridge with her three children and developing ideas to make events more personal, connected and memorable.

Your event app can do far more than hold the agenda. We'll show what a next-generation app looks like using the IMEX app you're already carrying. You'll see AI recommendations steer attendees to the right sessions and stands, matchmaking turn those suggestions into booked meetings and sponsor placements earn their keep. You'll leave knowing what to ask of your own app.

Your members don't disappear between shows, but their engagement can. This session shows how ExpoPlatform's 365 Community keeps associations connected to their members with discussion, content, networking and events that run all year rather than for a few days. Leave with practical ideas for giving members a reason to log in every month.
