We start with your event details, hotel contracts and booking policies. From there, the agreed work can include configuring the booking site, making site edits, monitoring inventory and moving room nights between blocks and sub-blocks at your direction.

We can also create VIP and staff reservations to your specifications and support your post-event review. Attendee contact centre services and onsite or remote event support can be added to the scope.
