The last checkout does not finish the housing work. Your team still needs to understand what was used and whether the hotel figures match the event records.

As part of the agreed housing management scope, Resiada requests final pickup data, checks it against registration records and works through discrepancies. That includes reviewing bookings outside the block where they may be eligible for credit.

The review can cover commissions, rebates, earned complimentary room nights, master bill details and potential attrition charges. Eligibility and amounts depend on the hotel agreements and actualized stays.

We bring the findings into a post-event analysis, with feedback to help inform the next housing program.
