Your event is underway. A guest has a reservation issue, a rooming list needs checking or plans have changed after cutoff. Resiada can provide onsite or remote housing support within an agreed schedule.

Before the event, the work can include comparing rooming lists with hotels, coordinating reservation changes, reviewing VIP arrangements and preparing hotel pre-conference meetings.

During the event, the team can help resolve reservation difficulties, follow cancellations and no-shows, and compile daily housing reports. Onsite support also allows for agreed in-person hotel coordination and room inspections.

We will work through staffing, hours and responsibilities with you so the support fits the event.
