Michelle Culpepper, CMP, has been involved in the meetings and events industry for over 15 years and is currently Director of Partnerships at edgefactory Creative Works, a creative agency specializing in show production and environmental design. Her role involves working with clients and supplier partners to align priorities and processes in support of successful conference and meeting experiences.
Michelle is an active member of PCMA and MPI. She is currently serving as Immediate Past President for the MPI Greater Orlando Chapter and has been volunteering with the chapter for the last 10 years. She was named a 2026 Smart Women in Meetings Award winner.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys starting the day with an East Coast Florida sunrise, traveling across the state and ending the same day with a West Coast Florida sunset.
