Yush Sztalkoper is the founder of Human Capacity Design™, a discipline that helps leaders understand the conditions that shape why the same environment produces different experiences and outcomes for different people.
With more than 20 years of global experience in meetings, events and experience strategy, Yush has held leadership positions at Gartner, J.P. Morgan, UBS, and international event agencies, designing conferences and executive experiences across industries worldwide.
She is also the creator of See Your Audience™ (SYA), the first application of Human Capacity Design™, which helps event professionals better understand attendee experiences before making design decisions.
Yush was named a 2026 Smart Women in Meetings Innovator and a 2026 Women to Watch for her contributions to the meetings and events industry.
Today, she works with organizations, event leaders, and communities to make the invisible conditions shaping human experience visible, helping them make more informed design decisions and realize greater value from the environments they create.
