Amy Calvert has spent more than two decades in the hospitality industry and currently serves as CEO of the Events Industry Council. Strategic leadership and a passion for innovation underpin her approach as she works to drive the industry forward and support growth and excellence.
Since joining the Events Industry Council, Amy has embraced her role as both leader and ambassador, building strategic relationships that strengthen the meetings and visitor industry. Her tenure has been marked by balancing organizational vision with measurable staff goals and providing fiscal oversight for multimillion-dollar budgets. Under her leadership, the team has surpassed revenue targets and outperformed market benchmarks.
