Senior Vice President, Operations

Adam M. Briggs is a senior events industry executive with more than 25 years experience across room block management, event registration and event technology. As Senior Vice President of Operations at ConferenceDirect, Adam supports the strategic direction, thought leadership and business development of the company’s technology services, including housing and registration.
Before joining ConferenceDirect, Adam held customer service and account management roles at Passkey, a group housing software platform that is now a Cvent product.
A regular industry speaker, Adam explores event personalization, segmented strategies for improving registration and room block performance, new approaches to established processes, and the use of AI to improve efficiency and attendee experiences.
Outside work, Adam enjoys supporting his children from the sidelines, traveling, photography and tennis. He’s also preparing to climb Mount Kilimanjaro.
