Jen Veralle is an advocate for and creator of healthy social experiences that decentralize alcohol. In 2021, she launched her personal brand, JenVeralle.com, encompassing speaking, consulting and education within the mindful drinking movement.
As the founder of the Mindful Drinking Movement (MDM), Jen addresses alcohol's impact in corporate settings through keynote presentations and facilitated conversations. Her TEDx talk, Why We Should Rethink Drinking Culture, released in 2023, has been viewed more than 47,000 times and referenced by Hazelden and other addiction-recovery organizations.
Jen's current work focuses on hospitality and experiences. Through Wild Rise, she delivers wellness-centered retreats that support physical, mental and social well-being through guided sauna and nonalcoholic experiences.
She is certified through IAPRC and leads a mindful-drinking coaching practice, All of the Truth. In 2012, Jen founded Sparktrack, an event strategy company recognized for its signature event recaps.
