Jenn is the founder of Joyosity Works and creator of Joyosity™, a framework for applying human-centered skills to achieve business results. She is an international keynote speaker, award-winning author, podcast host and advocate for bringing greater joy into the workplace.
Her book, Joyosity: How to Cultivate Intense Happiness in Work & Life (Even If Things Are What They Are), has received eight publishing awards, including a Gold Medal from the Axiom Business Book Awards. Jenn has spoken for SXSW, TEDx, Kiwanis International, Western Union, Chick-fil-A, Intuit, the U.S. State Department, and numerous associations and organizations.
She holds an MA in Communication and Culture from Webster University, with master's-level certifications in education, leadership and theology, as well as specialties in the Enneagram and conflict resolution.
Jenn lives in St. Louis with her husband, their four teenagers and young adults, and a judgmental cat.
