Summer Jelinek is a leadership expert, speaker, educator and consultant who helps organizations build cohesive, effective cultures. As a neurodivergent leader, she brings a perspective that informs her work with clients around the world.
With more than two decades of leadership experience at organizations including Walt Disney World, the Disney Institute and the Center for Creative Leadership, Summer works with audiences to explore practical approaches to leadership.
She holds an MBA and a leadership certification from Crummer Graduate School of Business, Rollins College and is currently pursuing a PhD focused on neurodivergence in the workplace.
