The Artian - Creative Leadership Atelier
Nir Hindie is on a mission to bring Renaissance thinking back to leadership by reconnecting the art, science and humanity that specialization has pulled apart. 20 years of research into leaders who successfully bridge artistic and business thinking led him to coin the term Business Artistry, a mindset that blends strategy with intuition, creativity, human connection and meaning. As founder of The Artian, Nir helps organizations cultivate this approach and embed it into how they lead, innovate and grow.
An adjunct professor at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, and a startup storytelling mentor at Harvard Innovation Labs, MIT and private companies, Nir helps shape the next generation of creative leaders. His work has earned him recognition among Spain's 100 Experts on Innovation and membership in the World Economic Forum's Cultural Leaders Network. He is an international keynote speaker on creativity and leadership, the author of Renaissance of Renaissance Thinking: A New Paradigm in Management and host of the podcast Business Artistry.
